The president of the company is Shiela O'Neill. Shi is a 33 year veteran of the IT field. She has worked for companies both large and small. She understands the need to make things happen. Her specialty is software and consulting.

The vice-president is Tom O'Neill. Tom is a 30 year veteran of the IT field. He has also worked for various sized companies. His motto is : just get it done - no excuses. His specialty is hardware, networks, and consulting.

The company uses various contractors to perform other duties as needed. Anyone who works for Stellar Software must follow the same set of rules as Shi and Tom.
